Refund and Cancellation Policy

Holding containers and other dry Products

All holding containers and dry goods that are purchased through our website or eBay are fully refundable. If you paid by card or PayPal you will be credited back to your account. If you paid with cash, we can arrange for one of our drivers to physically refund you with cash next time he/she passes through your town or you can supply us with your bank details or PayPal details and receive a refund that way. The sales team will not be able to process any cancellations, and these will be passed onto management to complete.

Wet Goods and Seawater

Due to the nature of these products we are unable to process any refund due to possibilities of contamination once the water has been introduced into your aquarium.
However, if we delivered your water in containers and you decided that you no longer wanted the water and it is still in the containers, then this will be passed onto management in order to decide whether a collection can be made and a refund issued.

Late Delivery Cancellations (within 24 hours of the delivery)
We operate a strict 24 hour cancellation policy on behalf of the depot workers and drivers. For cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or if you are absent at the delivery address, you will be charged the full delivery and water fee in these circumstances. Additionally, if this is done more than 3 times on separate occasions we will be unable to attempt to book a delivery in for your address again in the future.

Delivery Cancellations

When booking for a water delivery, please note that we can only provide a full refund (less a 20% admin fee) for cancellations made more than 3 days before the delivery date.

However, we can suspend your delivery and get it re-booked in for another day free of charge.
If Natural Seawater Supplier cancel a water delivery you will be offered either a cash refund or the option of being transferred to an alternative delivery date with a partial refund for any inconveniences caused.
